4. The Ely Buendia Life Support System
They managed to keep Ely "alive" during the concert by having Marcus sing "Huwag Mo Nang Itanong", Raimund on "Slo Mo", "Alkohol", and "Insomya". Tapos andun yung relaxed acoustic set where everyone was sitting on a sofa (except Raims and Jazz)
3. The tribute to Francis Magalona
I think 100,000 people shouting "FRANCIS! FRANCIS!" was more than enough to let Francism hear our cheers in heaven. Wow was that a Clapton song? Hehehe
2. The after after party at Saguijo where I was personally introduced to Raimund, Marcus, and Buddy
Thanks to Karin for the celebrity overload!
I was first introduced to Buddy. Karin: "Hi Buddy, I want you to meet my friend. He's the one who bought Jal's bass." Tanong ni Buddy, "Anong bass?" Sabi ko "yung Ibanez na black." Reply ni Buddy, "oh that's a good bass guitar." May mga itatanong pa sana ako na missing notes sa chorus bassline ng Ligaya pero di ko na nakayanan dahil sa pagiging starstruck. Nasabi ko na lang, "Inaaral ko ngayon yung Ligaya."
Then kay Marcus naman. Eto ha, naalala ni Marcus yung pangalan ko! Sabi ni Karin, "Hi Marcus, I want you to meet my friend Niel," sabi ni Makoy "Eh nag-meet na kami nito. Nielsen Oliva tama?" O. M. F. G.
Lastly kay Raims. Sabi ni Karin, "Raims, I want you to meet the #1 Eheads fan, Niel." Sabi ni Raimund, "no, the number one Eheads fan is that person who had a tattoo of all Cutterpillow icons on his right leg." Taena fanboy ako pero di ko na yata kaya yung ganung level.
1. Ely loves me.
Nung kinanta ni Ely yung "Kailan" with Jazz on piano, at the end of the song, yung part na "nanginginig sa seldaaaaaang...." tahimik lahat. Sumigaw ako ng "I LOVE YOU ELY!!!"
And then all of a sudden, sumagot si Ely ng "I love you too pare!" before kantahin yung "maginaaaaaaw"
Nasa CD and DVD yon. You won't miss it!
